Leaking kitchen tap, drain smell in bathroom, loose shower head & toilet seats.
Gabriel arrived on time, was courteous at all times and explained what the issues were and what he was doing all along.
He resolved everything, including a couple of extras, and charged honestly for his time. I will certainly be using The Italian Plumber again if I need a plumber and genuinely recommend them.

They only quoted and charged for hours worked, despite knowing there would be waiting time and travel time picking up the required part.
In the end they spent over twice as long on the repair as they charged for, and returned a week or so later to make a minor adjustment without charging further.
The peace of mind from getting a true fixed price estimate is priceless. They correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone, were tidy, courteous and efficient. I will be using them again.

This company fitted my boiler and radiators 6 years ago and services them annually. Always communicate well and do an excellent job and are very clean and tidy down to small things like removing shoes before they walk through the flat. I often even have the same engineer which means they are familiar with the whole set-up as well. Couldn’t be better really
