A pre-purchase plumbing report in North Kensington, takes a more detailed look at the plumbing of the home. Here at The Italian Plumber we have over 15 years’ experience undertaking pre-purchase plumbing reports in North Kensington. These are done by experienced plumbers which means you’ll have a comprehensive review of the property and will cover the pre-existing plumbing problems that may be missed in a building inspection.

If you’re looking to purchase a property, then you need to know all the costs, issues and traits your potential new home has, especially with an expensive aspect, the plumbing.

A building inspection might check if toilets flush or taps turn off, but it is unlikely to give you a full cost analysis of any plumbing repairs that need doing. Missing these off can end up costing you more in the future.

By identifying the problems before you sign the purchasing completion papers, the current homeowner’s insurance can cover the costs of repairs, and you are not responsible for meeting the fee when you move in. Therefore, the best way to avoid being caught out is to get a North Kensington plumbing report done before buying the new property.

If you’re preparing to buy a property, it makes financial sense to carry out an assessment of parts that might need changing in the near future. At The Italian Plumber, our Gas Safe registered engineers are all fully qualified to carry out surveys of central heating systems in North Kensington for this purpose.

North Kensington central heating surveys provide information on the age and condition of all the main parts. The findings and recommendations could help you negotiate on the purchase price of the property.
During the survey our gas engineers will provide an assessment on the condition of the following system parts:

Gas boiler
Gas and hot water pipework
Radiators
Gas meter
Hot water cylinder
Thermostatic controls

Following the inspection, a written report is provided detailing the main findings and an assessment of whether or not the central heating system is suitable for the future heating and hot water needs expected of it.

If any part of the system is assessed as being unsuitable for its immediate or near future needs, we can happily provide a quotation for repair, replacement or new installation.

  New Boiler and New Radiators
We have just had a new boiler and radiators put in. From the initial discussions with Samuele, thinking about the design, their innovative approach (replacing very old system) and the execution delivered by excellent installers Darius & Nico, sorting out challenges in an efficient and tidy way. Their service, including the office staff, Vicki and Sharon was excellent. We would not hesitate at all to highly recommend The Italian Plumber. Thank you.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A very reassuring experience with the Italian Plumber. Gave me a quick appointment for a leaking connection to my washing machine. Arrived as promised, identified the problem, turned off all water, fixed the problem, explained what had happened and the remedy, turned everything back on (and checked) and tidied up. Very happy with the service and very trustworthy. Will call them again.

Excellent service from start to finish
My experience with The Italian Plumber was exceptional, from the booking process with Vicki and Sharon, through to the works being completed. I needed twenty year old taps replacing in my bathroom and a washing machine unplumbed. Liam was extremely personable and not only completed the works to the highest of standards, but was able to solve a mains water pipe issue that had defeated other plumbers over the course of many years. I cannot recommend The Italian Plumber highly enough - they are now my go to, bar none!

Samuele was helpful and efficient as usual. Our hot water had stopped feeding one of our unvented water tanks. There was a delay for a week as he was on leave. The problem was rapidly diagnosed and a new part fitted within a hour.

Great service! I had a number of jobs that needed doing in our new kitchen and federico was able to do all of them in the allotted time including moving a radiator, and installing a tricky gas hob for us. Really pleased he could do it all at the same time meaning we could crack on with the rest of the project. Would recommend!
