If it does break down…
Don’t panic! We have an emergency call out team, so just give us a call and we’ll treat you with absolute priority. We can usually fix it right there and then, but if it requires more drastic action, like a replacement, we have relationships with some of the best suppliers in the UK. We don’t use it as an excuse to make a ‘misery’ profit, we just get to work on getting you the best deal, and once we’ve done that, we action a speedy installation.

22 August 2026Excellent service from start to finish My experience with The Italian Plumber was exceptional, from the booking process with Vicki and Sharon, through to the works being completed. I needed twenty year old taps replacing in my bathroom and a washing machine unplumbed. Liam was extremely personable and not only completed the works to the highest of standards, but was able to solve a mains water pipe issue that had defeated other plumbers over the course of many years. 22 July 2026The Italian Plumber. Efficient, prompt, polite and highly skilled I phoned the Italian Plumber at 5pm on the 20th July. I received an appointment for the next morning. The plumber arrived promptly at 9.15am, quickly identified the problem, identified the part needed. Collected the part and efficiently fitted it. He also vacuumed the surrounding area. He was polite, efficient and skilled. I would highly recommended The Italian Plumber- the office staff are so helpful and always call back and answer calls within minutes.
